Return Window
You may return your Spacezen order within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
Condition for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused or gently tried (light testing to check fit/feel is fine)
- In resalable condition — free of stains, damage, or odor
- In or with the original packaging where possible
How to Start a Return
- Email support@spacezen.io with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll confirm your return and send you instructions, including the return address.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Return Shipping
