Where We Ship

Spacezen currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Costs

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link so you can follow your package’s progress.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us at support@spacezen.io with your order number within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we’ll work with you to resolve it.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, though we’ll do our best to help redirect the package where possible.
